好夢收納所（Sweet Dream，以下稱「本 App」）是一款睡前心事收納與夜晚回顧 App。本 App 沒有帳號系統，不需要註冊或登入，並以「資料留在你的裝置上」為原則設計。本政策說明你的資料如何被處理，以及你擁有的權利。

1. 資料只儲存在你的裝置上

你在本 App 中建立的所有內容——心事、好事、明天的小行動、今晚場景選擇、夜晚回顧、小畫報圖片與偏好設定——全部只儲存在你的 iPhone 本機。本 App 不提供雲端同步或雲端備份，你的日記資料不會儲存在我們的伺服器上，也不會自動上傳到任何地方。

2. AI 功能（需要你的明確同意）

只有在你明確同意、並主動使用 AI 功能（今晚總結、今夜小畫報）時，產生該次結果所需的當日內容——心事文字、心事類型、卡住程度、收納方式、明天行動與好事文字——才會透過好夢收納所後端伺服器，傳送給第三方 AI 服務（OpenAI）處理。我們的後端不保存這些內容，僅用於產生該次結果。依 OpenAI 的 API 資料使用政策，這些內容不會被用於訓練 AI 模型；OpenAI 可能為防止濫用而暫時保留最多 30 天，期滿後刪除。我們僅與提供功能所必需的服務供應商分享資料，並要求其對你的資料提供不低於本政策的同等保護。未同意或未使用 AI 功能時，任何日記內容都不會離開你的裝置。你可以隨時在「我的」撤回同意；撤回後，App 會改用裝置本機的備援文字。

3. 我們不蒐集、也不會做的事

• 沒有帳號系統——我們不蒐集你的姓名、Email 或任何身分資料。
• 不需要你的聯絡人、照片圖庫、精確位置或麥克風。
• 不使用廣告識別碼，App 內沒有廣告，也不進行跨服務追蹤。
• 我們不會出售或出租你的任何資料。

請避免在日記中填寫自己或他人的身分證號、帳號密碼等敏感識別資訊。

4. 安全與 Face ID

與後端的所有連線均使用 HTTPS 加密；AI 服務的金鑰只保存在後端伺服器，不會存在於 App 內。你可以開啟 Face ID 隱私鎖，防止他人開啟 App 檢視你的紀錄——Face ID 僅用於本機解鎖保護，生物辨識資料由 iOS 系統處理與保存，本 App 無法取得。

5. 訂閱與付款

訂閱透過 Apple 的 App 內購買（In-App Purchase）處理，付款資訊由 Apple 管理，我們不會取得或儲存任何付款資料。免費試用資格由 Apple 依你的 Apple ID 記錄與判定。訂閱可隨時在 iPhone「設定」→ Apple 帳號 →「訂閱項目」中管理或取消。

6. 睡前提醒通知

若你開啟睡前提醒，通知由你的裝置本機排程與發送，不經過任何伺服器。

7. 資料備份與換機

好夢收納所不提供雲端備份。App 的資料會包含在 iPhone 的系統備份中（iCloud 備份或裝置對裝置轉移）；換手機時，使用 Apple 官方的裝置轉移流程即可保留所有紀錄。若將新手機「設定為新 iPhone」，或解除安裝本 App，資料將一併刪除且無法找回——需要保留的紀錄，請先在「我的」匯出。

8. 兒童

本 App 並非以未滿 13 歲兒童為對象設計。我們不會刻意蒐集兒童的個人資料。

9. 你的權利與資料刪除

你可以隨時：在「我的」匯出裝置上的所有紀錄；透過 App 內「設定 → 清除本機紀錄」刪除所有資料；或直接解除安裝 App——解除安裝即會完全刪除所有資料。你也可以隨時撤回 AI 資料分享同意。

10. 政策變更與聯絡方式

好夢収納所（Sweet Dream、以下「本アプリ」）は、眠る前に心配ごとを整理し、夜をふりかえるためのアプリです。本アプリにはアカウント機能がなく、登録やログインは不要で、「データは端末の中に」を原則として設計されています。本ポリシーでは、データの取り扱いとお客様の権利について説明します。

1. データは端末内にのみ保存されます

本アプリで作成したすべての内容——心配ごと、よかったこと、明日の小さな行動、今夜のシーン選択、夜のふりかえり、絵日記の画像、各種設定——は、お使いの iPhone の端末内にのみ保存されます。本アプリはクラウド同期・クラウドバックアップを提供せず、日記のデータが当方のサーバーに保存されたり、自動的にアップロードされたりすることはありません。

2. AI機能（明示的な同意が必要です）

お客様が明示的に同意し、かつAI機能（今夜のまとめ・今夜の絵日記）を自ら使用した場合のみ、その結果の生成に必要なその日の内容——心配ごとのテキスト・種類・引っかかり具合・しまい方・明日の行動・よかったことのテキスト——が、好夢収納所のサーバーを経由して第三者AIサービス（OpenAI）に送信されます。当方のサーバーはこれらの内容を保存せず、その結果の生成のみに使用します。OpenAI の API データ使用ポリシーにより、これらの内容がAIモデルの学習に使われることはありません。OpenAI は不正利用防止のため最大30日間一時的に保持することがあり、その後削除されます。当方は機能の提供に必要なサービス提供者以外とデータを共有せず、本ポリシーと同等以上の保護を求めます。同意していない場合、またはAI機能を使用しない場合、日記の内容が端末の外に出ることはありません。同意はいつでも「マイページ」から撤回でき、撤回後は端末内の代替テキストが使用されます。

3. 収集しないもの・行わないこと

• アカウント機能はありません——氏名・メールアドレス等の身元情報を収集しません。
• 連絡先、写真ライブラリ、正確な位置情報、マイクへのアクセスは不要です。
• 広告識別子は使用せず、アプリ内に広告はなく、サービスをまたぐトラッキングも行いません。
• お客様のデータを販売・貸与することはありません。

日記にはご自身や他者のマイナンバー、パスワード等の機微な識別情報を書かないようお願いします。

4. セキュリティと Face ID

サーバーとの通信はすべて HTTPS で暗号化されています。AIサービスのAPIキーはサーバー側にのみ保管され、アプリ内には存在しません。Face ID によるプライバシーロックを有効にすると、第三者がアプリを開いて記録を見ることを防げます——Face ID は端末内でのロック解除のみに使用され、生体認証データは iOS が処理・保管し、本アプリが取得することはありません。

5. サブスクリプションと支払い

サブスクリプションは Apple のアプリ内課金（In-App Purchase）で処理され、支払い情報は Apple が管理します。当方が支払いデータを取得・保存することはありません。無料体験の適用可否は、Apple がお客様の Apple ID の記録に基づいて判定します。サブスクリプションは iPhone の「設定」→ Apple アカウント →「サブスクリプション」からいつでも管理・解約できます。

6. おやすみリマインダー通知

おやすみリマインダーを有効にした場合、通知は端末内でスケジュールされ送信されます。サーバーを経由することはありません。

7. データのバックアップと機種変更

好夢収納所はクラウドバックアップを提供していません。アプリのデータは iPhone のシステムバックアップ（iCloud バックアップまたは端末間の直接転送）に含まれます。機種変更の際は、Apple 公式のデータ移行手順を使えば記録を引き継げます。新しい iPhone を「新しいデバイスとして設定」した場合や、本アプリを削除（アンインストール）した場合、データは一緒に削除され復元できません——残しておきたい記録は、先に「マイページ」から書き出してください。

8. お子様について

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象として設計されていません。児童の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

9. お客様の権利とデータの削除

いつでも次のことができます：「マイページ」から端末内の全記録を書き出す。アプリ内の「設定 → 端末内の記録を消去」からすべてのデータを削除する。または本アプリをアンインストールする——アンインストールですべてのデータが完全に削除されます。AIデータ共有への同意も、いつでも撤回できます。

10. ポリシーの変更とお問い合わせ

本ポリシーに重要な変更がある場合は、本ページでお知らせし、「最終更新日」を更新します。プライバシーに関するご質問は sweetdreamapp.support@gmail.com までお寄せください。

Sweet Dream ("the App") is a bedtime app for setting down worries and reviewing your nights. The App has no account system — no sign-up, no login — and is designed on the principle that your data stays on your device. This policy explains how your data is handled and the rights you have.

1. Your data lives only on your device

Everything you create in the App — worries, good things, small actions for tomorrow, tonight's scene choice, night reviews, picture-diary images, and settings — is stored only on your iPhone. The App offers no cloud sync or cloud backup; your journal data is never stored on our servers and is never uploaded automatically.

2. AI features (require your explicit consent)

Only when you have explicitly consented and actively use an AI feature (tonight's summary, tonight's picture diary) is the content needed for that result — the day's worry text, worry type, stuck level, how it was tucked away, tomorrow's action, and good-thing text — sent through the Sweet Dream backend to a third-party AI service (OpenAI) for processing. Our backend does not retain this content; it is used solely to produce that result. Under OpenAI's API data-usage policy, this content is not used to train AI models; OpenAI may retain it temporarily for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, after which it is deleted. We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver the feature, and require them to protect your data to a standard no lower than this policy. If you haven't consented, or don't use AI features, no journal content ever leaves your device. You can withdraw consent anytime in the "Me" tab; the App then uses on-device fallback text instead.

3. What we don't collect and won't do

• No account system — we collect no name, email, or identity data.
• No access to your contacts, photo library, precise location, or microphone.
• No advertising identifiers, no ads in the App, and no cross-service tracking.
• We never sell or rent your data.

Please avoid writing sensitive identifiers — such as government ID numbers or passwords, yours or anyone else's — in your journal.

4. Security and Face ID

All connections to the backend are encrypted with HTTPS, and AI provider keys are kept only on the backend server, never inside the App. You can enable the Face ID privacy lock to prevent others from opening the App and viewing your records — Face ID is used only to unlock the App locally; biometric data is handled and stored by iOS and is never accessible to the App.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are handled through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment information is managed by Apple; we never receive or store any payment data. Free-trial eligibility is determined by Apple based on your Apple ID records. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

6. Bedtime reminder notifications

If you enable bedtime reminders, notifications are scheduled and delivered locally on your device — they never pass through any server.

7. Backups and moving to a new phone

Sweet Dream does not provide cloud backup. The App's data is included in your iPhone's system backup (iCloud backup or device-to-device transfer); when you switch phones, Apple's official transfer process carries your records over. If you set up the new phone as a new device, or uninstall the App, the data is deleted with it and cannot be recovered — export anything you want to keep from the "Me" tab first.

8. Children

The App is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Your rights and deleting your data

At any time you can: export all records from the "Me" tab; delete all data via "Settings → Erase local records" in the App; or simply uninstall the App — uninstalling completely deletes all data. You can also withdraw AI data-sharing consent at any time.

10. Changes and contact
