好夢收納所（Sweet Dream，以下稱「本 App」）是一款睡前心事收納與夜晚回顧 App。本 App 沒有帳號系統，不需要註冊或登入，並以「資料留在你的裝置上」為原則設計。本政策說明你的資料如何被處理，以及你擁有的權利。

1. 你的日記資料主要儲存在裝置上

你在本 App 中建立的內容——心事、好事、明天的小行動、今晚場景選擇、夜晚回顧、小畫報圖片與偏好設定——皆以你的 iPhone 本機作為主要儲存位置。本 App 不提供自有的雲端同步或日記資料永久儲存服務，你的日記資料不會永久保存在我們的伺服器上，也不會自動上傳到任何地方。僅當你明確同意並主動使用 AI 功能時，產生結果所必要的部分內容會依第 2 節說明傳送至我們的後端及第三方 AI 服務處理。

2. AI 功能（需要你的明確同意）

只有在你明確同意、並主動使用 AI 功能（今晚總結、今夜小畫報）時，產生該次結果所需的當日內容——心事文字、心事類型、卡住程度、收納方式、明天行動與好事文字——才會透過好夢收納所後端伺服器，傳送給第三方 AI 服務（OpenAI）處理。我們的後端不會將這些內容寫入任何永久儲存，僅用於產生該次結果；為了在請求失敗時能安全重試，該次結果會在伺服器記憶體中暫存最長 10 分鐘（小畫報圖片為 5 分鐘），到期自動刪除，伺服器重啟時也會全部清空。每次 AI 請求會附帶一組與你身分無關的匿名安裝識別碼，用於請求識別與防濫用流程；訂閱環境下的每日使用次數限制，則以你的訂閱交易識別碼經不可逆雜湊（HMAC）後的衍生值計算——我們不保存原始交易識別碼，衍生值只存在伺服器記憶體、重啟即清除。「清除所有資料並重置」會更換匿名安裝識別碼，但同一訂閱的當日使用次數限制不會因此重置。依 OpenAI 官方的 API 資料使用政策，這些內容不會被用於訓練 AI 模型；OpenAI 可能基於其濫用監控政策暫時保留最多 30 天後刪除；如法律另有要求，可能依其政策保存更長期間（此為 OpenAI 的官方政策，我們的後端不會永久儲存你的內容）。我們僅與提供功能所必需的服務供應商分享資料，並要求其對你的資料提供不低於本政策的同等保護。未同意或未使用 AI 功能時，任何日記內容都不會離開你的裝置。你可以隨時在「我的」撤回同意。未同意或撤回同意時，「今晚總結」與「今夜小畫報」皆無法使用（不會產生總結或圖片）；其他功能不受影響，仍完全在裝置本機運作。

3. 我們不蒐集、也不會做的事

• 沒有帳號系統——我們不主動蒐集你的姓名、Email 或其他可直接識別你身分的資料。
• 不需要你的聯絡人、照片圖庫、精確位置或麥克風。
• 不使用廣告識別碼，App 內沒有廣告，也不進行跨服務追蹤。
• 我們不會出售或出租你的任何資料。

請避免在日記中填寫自己或他人的身分證號、帳號密碼等敏感識別資訊。

4. 安全與 Face ID

與後端的所有連線均使用 HTTPS 加密；AI 服務的金鑰只保存在後端伺服器，不會存在於 App 內。你可以開啟 Face ID 隱私鎖，防止他人開啟 App 檢視你的紀錄——Face ID 僅用於本機解鎖保護，生物辨識資料由 iOS 系統處理與保存，本 App 無法取得。

5. 訂閱與付款

訂閱透過 Apple 的 App 內購買（In-App Purchase）處理，付款資訊由 Apple 管理，我們不會取得或儲存任何付款資料。免費試用資格由 Apple 依你的 Apple ID 記錄與判定。訂閱可隨時在 iPhone「設定」→ Apple 帳號 →「訂閱項目」中管理或取消。

6. 睡前提醒通知

若你開啟睡前提醒，通知由你的裝置本機排程與發送，不經過任何伺服器。

7. 資料備份與換機

好夢收納所不提供雲端備份，也沒有手動匯出或匯入功能。App 的資料會包含在 iPhone 的系統備份中（iCloud 備份或裝置對裝置轉移）；換手機時，請使用 Apple 官方的裝置轉移流程保留紀錄。若將新手機「設定為新 iPhone」，或在沒有任何備份的情況下解除安裝本 App，裝置上的資料將無法找回。

8. 兒童

本 App 並非以未滿 13 歲兒童為對象設計。我們不會刻意蒐集兒童的個人資料。

9. 你的權利與資料刪除

刪除資料有兩種方式：「我的 → 清除夜晚紀錄」會刪除心事、好事、夜晚回顧與小畫報圖片（好夢能量與所有設定會保留，App 不需要重新設定）；「我的 → 清除所有資料並重置」則連好夢能量、所有設定、同意紀錄與已排程的通知一併刪除，App 會回到初次安裝的狀態，且無法復原。上述操作刪除的是本 App 在這台裝置上的資料，不會取消你的 Apple 訂閱（訂閱綁定你的 Apple ID，可透過「恢復購買」取回），也無法立即刪除第三方服務依第 2 節所述保存期限暫時保留的資料（該等資料將於期限屆滿時自動刪除）。解除安裝本 App 會刪除目前裝置上的 App 本機資料；若相關資料已包含於 Apple 的 iCloud 或裝置備份中，其保存與刪除將依 Apple 的備份機制與你的設定處理。你也可以隨時撤回 AI 資料分享同意。

10. 政策變更與聯絡方式

好夢収納所（Sweet Dream、以下「本アプリ」）は、眠る前に心配ごとを整理し、夜をふりかえるためのアプリです。本アプリにはアカウント機能がなく、登録やログインは不要で、「データは端末の中に」を原則として設計されています。本ポリシーでは、データの取り扱いとお客様の権利について説明します。

1. データは主に端末内に保存されます

本アプリで作成した内容——心配ごと、よかったこと、明日の小さな行動、今夜のシーン選択、夜のふりかえり、絵日記の画像、各種設定——は、お使いの iPhone の端末内を主な保存場所とします。本アプリは独自のクラウド同期や日記データの永続的な保存サービスを提供せず、日記のデータが当方のサーバーに永続的に保存されたり、自動的にアップロードされたりすることはありません。お客様が明示的に同意し、かつAI機能を自ら使用した場合に限り、結果の生成に必要な一部の内容が第2節の説明に従って当方のサーバーおよび第三者AIサービスに送信され処理されます。

2. AI機能（明示的な同意が必要です）

お客様が明示的に同意し、かつAI機能（今夜のまとめ・今夜の絵日記）を自ら使用した場合のみ、その結果の生成に必要なその日の内容——心配ごとのテキスト・種類・引っかかり具合・しまい方・明日の行動・よかったことのテキスト——が、好夢収納所のサーバーを経由して第三者AIサービス（OpenAI）に送信されます。当方のサーバーはこれらの内容をいかなる永続的ストレージにも書き込まず、その結果の生成のみに使用します。リクエスト失敗時に安全に再試行できるよう、生成結果は最長10分間（絵日記の画像は5分間）サーバーのメモリ内にのみ一時保持され、期限が切れると自動的に削除されます（サーバー再起動時にもすべて消去されます）。各AIリクエストには、お客様の身元と結び付かない匿名のインストール識別子が添付され、リクエストの識別と不正利用防止のために使用されます。サブスクリプションご利用時の1日あたりの回数制限は、サブスクリプション取引識別子を不可逆ハッシュ（HMAC）で変換した値に基づいて計算されます——元の取引識別子は保存せず、変換後の値はサーバーのメモリ内にのみ存在し、再起動時に消去されます。「すべてのデータを消去してリセット」を行うと匿名のインストール識別子は新しくなりますが、同一サブスクリプションの当日の回数制限はリセットされません。OpenAI の公式 API データ使用ポリシーにより、これらの内容がAIモデルの学習に使われることはありません。OpenAI は不正利用監視のためのポリシーに基づき、最大30日間一時的に保持したのち削除することがあります。法令上の要請がある場合には、その方針に従いより長い期間保持されることがあります（これは OpenAI 側の公式ポリシーであり、当方のサーバーはお客様の内容を永続的に保存しません）。当方は機能の提供に必要なサービス提供者以外とデータを共有せず、本ポリシーと同等以上の保護を求めます。同意していない場合、またはAI機能を使用しない場合、日記の内容が端末の外に出ることはありません。同意はいつでも「マイページ」から撤回できます。未同意・撤回後は、「今夜のまとめ」と「今夜の絵日記」はご利用いただけません（まとめや画像は作成されません）。その他の機能は影響を受けず、引き続き端末内で動作します。

3. 収集しないもの・行わないこと

• アカウント機能はありません——氏名・メールアドレスなど、お客様個人を直接特定できる情報を積極的に収集することはありません。
• 連絡先、写真ライブラリ、正確な位置情報、マイクへのアクセスは不要です。
• 広告識別子は使用せず、アプリ内に広告はなく、サービスをまたぐトラッキングも行いません。
• お客様のデータを販売・貸与することはありません。

日記にはご自身や他者のマイナンバー、パスワード等の機微な識別情報を書かないようお願いします。

4. セキュリティと Face ID

サーバーとの通信はすべて HTTPS で暗号化されています。AIサービスのAPIキーはサーバー側にのみ保管され、アプリ内には存在しません。Face ID によるプライバシーロックを有効にすると、第三者がアプリを開いて記録を見ることを防げます——Face ID は端末内でのロック解除のみに使用され、生体認証データは iOS が処理・保管し、本アプリが取得することはありません。

5. サブスクリプションと支払い

サブスクリプションは Apple のアプリ内課金（In-App Purchase）で処理され、支払い情報は Apple が管理します。当方が支払いデータを取得・保存することはありません。無料体験の適用可否は、Apple がお客様の Apple ID の記録に基づいて判定します。サブスクリプションは iPhone の「設定」→ Apple アカウント →「サブスクリプション」からいつでも管理・解約できます。

6. おやすみリマインダー通知

おやすみリマインダーを有効にした場合、通知は端末内でスケジュールされ送信されます。サーバーを経由することはありません。

7. データのバックアップと機種変更

好夢収納所はクラウドバックアップを提供せず、手動の書き出し・読み込み機能もありません。アプリのデータは iPhone のシステムバックアップ（iCloud バックアップまたは端末間の直接転送）に含まれます。機種変更の際は、Apple 公式のデータ移行手順を使って記録を引き継いでください。新しい iPhone を「新しいデバイスとして設定」した場合や、バックアップが一切ない状態で本アプリを削除（アンインストール）した場合、端末上のデータは復元できません。

8. お子様について

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象として設計されていません。児童の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

9. お客様の権利とデータの削除

データの削除には2つの方法があります。「マイページ → 夜の記録を消去」は、心配ごと・よかったこと・夜のふりかえり・絵日記の画像を削除します（好夢エネルギーと設定は保持され、再設定は不要です）。「マイページ → すべてのデータを消去してリセット」は、好夢エネルギー・すべての設定・同意記録・予約済みの通知も含めて削除し、アプリは初回インストール時の状態に戻ります（復元はできません）。これらの操作で削除されるのは本アプリがこの端末に保存しているデータであり、Apple のサブスクリプションが解約されることはありません（サブスクリプションは Apple ID に紐づいており、「購入の復元」で取り戻せます）。また、第2節に記載の保持期間に基づき第三者サービスが一時的に保持しているデータを即時に削除することはできません（当該データは期間満了時に自動的に削除されます）。本アプリをアンインストールすると、この端末上のアプリ内データは削除されます。関連データが Apple の iCloud バックアップや端末バックアップに含まれている場合、その保持と削除は Apple のバックアップの仕組みとお客様の設定に従います。AIデータ共有への同意も、いつでも撤回できます。

10. ポリシーの変更とお問い合わせ

Sweet Dream ("the App") is a bedtime app for setting down worries and reviewing your nights. The App has no account system — no sign-up, no login — and is designed on the principle that your data stays on your device. This policy explains how your data is handled and the rights you have.

1. Your data lives primarily on your device

Everything you create in the App — worries, good things, small actions for tomorrow, tonight's scene choice, night reviews, picture-diary images, and settings — is stored primarily on your iPhone. The App offers no cloud sync of its own and no permanent journal-data storage service; your journal data is never permanently stored on our servers and is never uploaded automatically. Only when you have explicitly consented and actively use an AI feature is the portion of content necessary to produce the result sent to our backend and a third-party AI service for processing, as described in Section 2.

2. AI features (require your explicit consent)

Only when you have explicitly consented and actively use an AI feature (tonight's summary, tonight's picture diary) is the content needed for that result — the day's worry text, worry type, stuck level, how it was tucked away, tomorrow's action, and good-thing text — sent through the Sweet Dream backend to a third-party AI service (OpenAI) for processing. Our backend never writes this content to persistent storage; it is used solely to produce that result. To allow safe retries when a request fails, the generated result is held only in server memory for at most 10 minutes (5 minutes for picture-diary images), after which it is automatically deleted; a server restart also clears everything. Each AI request also carries an anonymous installation identifier that is not linked to your identity, used for request identification and abuse-prevention flows. With an active subscription, daily usage limits are computed from an irreversible hash (HMAC) of your subscription transaction identifier — we never store the raw transaction identifier, and the derived value exists only in server memory and is cleared on restart. "Erase all data & reset" replaces the anonymous installation identifier, but does not reset the same subscription's daily limit. Under OpenAI's official API data-usage policy, this content is not used to train AI models; per that policy, OpenAI may retain it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before deletion, or longer where required by law (this is OpenAI's own policy — our backend does not permanently store your content). We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver the feature, and require them to protect your data to a standard no lower than this policy. If you haven't consented, or don't use AI features, no journal content ever leaves your device. You can withdraw consent anytime in the "Me" tab. Without consent, "Tonight's summary" and "Tonight's picture diary" are unavailable (no summary or image is generated); everything else is unaffected and continues to run entirely on your device.

3. What we don't collect and won't do

• No account system — we do not actively collect your name, email, or other directly identifying information.
• No access to your contacts, photo library, precise location, or microphone.
• No advertising identifiers, no ads in the App, and no cross-service tracking.
• We never sell or rent your data.

Please avoid writing sensitive identifiers — such as government ID numbers or passwords, yours or anyone else's — in your journal.

4. Security and Face ID

All connections to the backend are encrypted with HTTPS, and AI provider keys are kept only on the backend server, never inside the App. You can enable the Face ID privacy lock to prevent others from opening the App and viewing your records — Face ID is used only to unlock the App locally; biometric data is handled and stored by iOS and is never accessible to the App.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are handled through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment information is managed by Apple; we never receive or store any payment data. Free-trial eligibility is determined by Apple based on your Apple ID records. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

6. Bedtime reminder notifications

If you enable bedtime reminders, notifications are scheduled and delivered locally on your device — they never pass through any server.

7. Backups and moving to a new phone

Sweet Dream does not provide cloud backup or a manual export/import feature. The App's data is included in your iPhone's system backup (iCloud backup or device-to-device transfer); when you switch phones, use Apple's official transfer process to carry your records over. If you set up the new phone as a new device, or uninstall the App without any backup, the data on the device cannot be recovered.

8. Children

The App is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Your rights and deleting your data

There are two levels of deletion: "Me → Clear night records" deletes worries, good things, night reviews, and picture-diary images (dream energy and all settings are kept — no need to set anything up again), while "Me → Erase all data & reset" also deletes dream energy, all settings, consent records, and scheduled notifications, returning the App to a fresh-install state, irreversibly. These actions delete the App's data on this device; they do not cancel your Apple subscription (it is tied to your Apple ID and can be recovered via "Restore Purchases"), and they cannot immediately delete data temporarily retained by third-party services under the retention periods described in Section 2 (such data is deleted automatically when those periods expire). Uninstalling the App deletes the App's local data on this device; if related data is included in an Apple iCloud or device backup, its retention and deletion follow Apple's backup mechanisms and your settings. You can also withdraw AI data-sharing consent at any time.

10. Changes and contact
